Creative Project -“A Walk Through Weymouth”.  The capstone project in the class challenged us to harness and explore our creativity and reflect of the concepts that were brought up in the class. This is a poetic narrative of a walk through the Weymouth Woods of North Carolina, where I used photography, poetry, and movie software to create a short film expressing concepts learned throughout the course.

Blood on the Risers, a paper contributed for module I, analyzed the death of a paratrooper which had contributing factors of leaders choosing to be less than ethical. Army LDRSHIP, A Start Point for Army Ethics, Module III paper which looked at the Army Values and the Army progression toward an Army Ethic.

Group Presentation aimed at providing consultation on systems thinking for a well known corporation CEO while the company works through key transitions.  Group projects prove difficult especially in on-line classes, challenging team-building and group dynamics.  The final product turned out very well.

Leadership Project and Portfolio. As a project, I interviewed three trusted mentors who served as very senior NCOs in the US Army to capture their leadership wisdom.  Now, interviews complete, I am reviewing and writing an article that I can publish and share with the rest of the Army community.  My hope is that the interviews and article will inspire others and perhaps give them one or two tools to use for continued development.
